
The Industrial Technology – Clothing and Fashion Design (IndTech-CFD) program of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) – Main Campus is inviting aspiring models of any gender and ethnicity to step into the spotlight this March for its Model Go-See 2026, the official casting event for the program’s upcoming fashion showcase.
Said event will take place at the EVSU Drafting Building, 2nd Floor, on March 9 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and on March 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
According to organizer Cedrick Porta, the casting aims to select models who will wear the students’ collection pieces for an upcoming fashion showcase scheduled in the first week of May.
“We’re looking for models na ma-wear han amon piece collection para han fashion show this coming first week of May,” Porta said.
He also described Model Go-See 2026 as more than just a casting call, emphasizing that it is an opportunity for participants to step forward, take risks, and gain experience as they potentially represent the IndTech-CFD program in its upcoming runway presentations.
Moreover, organizers reminded interested participants to come in a white fitted shirt and denim jeans, with female-identifying models required to wear 3-inch heels and male-identifying models advised to wear any closed shoes.
Applicants are also required to bring a set card or snapshots that include a close-up shot, medium shot, and full-body shot, along with complete personal details such as height, vital statistics, contact information, and social media accounts.
