Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) extended solidarity and compassion as it launched Project Kadamay, a Community Relief Program initiated by the Office of the University President, National Service Training Program, and Kusog Sinirangan Eagles Club to the occupants of Missionaries of Charity Home of the Aged, Wednesday, August 23.

The charity movement in line with the celebration of the university’s 19th Charter Anniversary serves as a testament to the organization’s undying dedication to building a stronger and better community.

University Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Lydia M. Morante, and Vice President for Internationalization and External Affairs, Dr. Danilo B. Pulma spearheaded the said event together with other key officials, College Deans, and faculty members.

Relief goods offered for the charity house were delivered personally by the university officials and personnel at Kalipayan Road Sagkahan District, Tacloban City.
